Life is full of surprises, challenges and success. I am privileged to have wonderful people in my life that support me. I am thankful for the opportunity to do what I enjoy, and for the unwavering support in this journey to publication and beyond from my family, friends, associates and those I have yet to meet. Born in the Midwest, raised in the south and living abroad, I am a mishmash. Not truly northern, nor southern, nor foreign, but each part and experience has had a hand in raising me up to become a woman of diverse talents.
In my free time, I enjoy reading (of course), writing (even if it is not “work” related), painting, gaming and enjoying whatever may come. My favorite book is Through a Glass Darkly by Karleen Koen. I was blown away by the story as a teenager and again when I read it in my early twenties. My favorite author, although there are many, is Jude Deveraux. Her books have been my constant companions for years, as well as her characters. Who couldn’t fall in love with Gavin Montgomery at the age of 16?
